You will partner with a cross-functional team to set and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost standards and objectives to ensure reliable, on-time delivery of quality parts to our customers.To be considered for the Inspection Programming Manager role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:5+ years of management experience, including demonstrated capability of:Leading, developing and coaching high-performing teams of employees.Leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tactical plans that achieve operation objectives.A continuous improvement mindset, with a proven track record of enacting lean manufacturing strategies and implementing process/programming improvements.A strong ability to find opportunities to lean out processes including inspection equipment and inspection work holding techniques.A strong working knowledge of CMM's and Automated Inspection equipment.(As the Inspection Programming Manager, you will:Lead a team of direct reports that include inspection programmers.Be part of the manufacturing quality leadership team which will include the Inspection manager and the PQE manager.Standardize programming techniques and inspection tools to reduce programming time.Facilitate resolution of all issues that may impact objectives for quality, cost, delivery and safety.inspection programming.Champion and foster a culture of collaboration, results-based operational excellence, customer orientation, strong awareness of quality, process orientation and continuous improvement and safety.Recognize future inspection issues or constraints and develop a plan to avoid them before they become a problem.Successfully lead and support shop floor change projects, support product transition projects to and from East Aurora Military Aircraft Group OperationsActual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
