Everyone has common goals and aspires to be their best.Here, we have the ability to learn and grow at the speed of technology Now is the time to define your future, and make it yours too.Summary We are looking for someone who provide technical support to customer and configure services Seeks a talent to join our growing team!Role & Responsibilities:Provide technical support and expertise to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions for customers, ensuring effective product implementation and usageTroubleshoot technical issues, address customer inquiries, and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.Act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, communicating customer feedback, requirements, and improvement suggestions.Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date technical guidance to customers.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needsQualifications:Bilingual in English/ Mandarin in a plusBS. or Undergraduate degree in Mechanical / Thermal Engineering, or related field.Strong understanding of thermal solutions, including cooling systems, heat sinks, and related technologies.Proficiency in conducting product evaluations, testing, and analysis to provide technical recommendations and optimize product performance.Knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, and electrical systems to effectively integrate thermal solutions into customer applications.Familiarity with CAD software and thermal simulation tools to assist in product design and optimization.Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to thermal management in various sectors.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to travel and work in data center environmentsLocation: Based in Dallas, TX, with frequent travel to customer sites across the U.S. for onsite support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Personal Characteristics Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering.etc .A proactive and resourceful nature to identify and resolve technical challenges efficientlyThe ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing customer requirements and industry trend.Our goal is to be a recognized leader in the industry while providing a great workplace for employees.
