Job Title: 3D Drafter Location: Greensburg, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0  OverviewDrafter needed to perform Mechanical 3D Modeling with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD package.ResponsibilitiesCreate and update technical drawings, plans, and schematics to support engineering and production processesReview designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standardsCollaborate with engineers and project teams to develop design solutionsMaintain drawing files, revisions, and documentationSupport design changes and updates throughout project lifecyclesEnsure all drawings follow company and industry standardsRequirementsAS Degree Preferred; equivalent amount of work experrience also acceptable2yrs relevant experience in Drafting/DesignExperience with 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)Basic understanding of engineering principles and design standardsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in CAD and technical drawing toolsGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple design tasks and deadlinesSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
