Salary for this position is based on level of experience.In this role you will:Demonstrate proficiency with procedures and workflow for the Gateway Shop Summary ModuleVerify the equipment picked and unboxed for each order is accurate and completeFully assemble and test equipment following established GFC Setup StandardsMaintain a high level of technical training and expertisePerform troubleshooting on machines exhibiting problems during set-upCommunicate set-up problems with all appropriate parties on a timely basisCertify all out of box equipment is in good condition prior to distribution and/or deliveryReconfigure equipment as neededAccurately complete administrative tasks related to shop setup, including but not limited to call creation, dispatch, arrival and close out of service callsPerform cleaning and checks on a variety of equipmentAssist Logistics Department administrative associates as requestedPerform basic in-house copier and printer maintenanceYou should have:High school diploma or equivalentGood mechanical/technical skillsProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software as neededWorking knowledge of computer networkingGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-taskAvailable to work overtime with little to no advance noticeAbility to lift 50 pounds and push equipment weighing 200lbs+ on wheelsPreferred Qualifications:Post high school technical training or equivalent experienceAdvanced knowledge of computer networking and connectivityThe Gordon Flesch Company offers Medical, Dental, Personal Time, Vacation Time, 401(k) and 401(k) match, a Wellness Program and many benefits!
