Healthcare Account Manager
• Build and enhance relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and continuous account development/growth• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within existing accounts.• Regularly meet with healthcare management clients to understand their business needs and educate them on our services and solutions.• Create a strategic sales plan for assigned client accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring ongoing account growth.• Act as a customer advocate, staying informed about trends within healthcare and commercial payer organizations.• Regularly connect with existing consultants to maintain and enhance their performance.Qualifications:• 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in clinical staffing.• Comprehensive understanding of payer organizations.• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.• Experience in consultative sales and managing client relationships.• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).• Willingness to travel as needed to develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
