Senior Business Manager - Leasing

As a Senior Business Manager - Leasing, you will be pivotal in leading day-to-day business operations for the lease program and supervising the Business Operations team. In this role, you'll ensure accurate inventory management, tire lifecycle record-keeping, and operational process execution, while defining and enforcing standardized procedures across receiving, retreading, scrap, and casing movement. You will drive operational accuracy through reconciliations, audits, and monthly close activities, providing validated inputs that support billing, amortization, and financial controls. Additionally, you will serve as the key operational liaison for Field Operations, Business Development, and global support teams, while identifying risks, resolving escalations, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll DoLead and manage the Business Operations team, overseeing record-keeping billing support, ordering, and cost management activities.Own daily operational execution for the lease program, including inventory accuracy, tire lifecycle tracking, and adherence to operational processes.Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs for all tire-related operational events (receiving, on/off, retreading, scrap, casing movement, returns).Ensure financial and inventory accuracy through reconciliations, audits, monthly mileage intake, usage calculations, and timely monthly close activities.Serve as the primary operational liaison across Field Operations, Business Development, and global partners (Finance, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain).Identify and resolve operational risks and exceptions, supporting system requirements (GLS, SAP, related tools) and driving continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.8 or more years of experience in operations, asset management, billing operations, or service-based business environments, including 2 or more years of experience in an associate leadership role.What Will Set You ApartExperience working in a matrixed organization with global support teams.Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, operational systems, inventory or billing platforms).Strong understanding of operational processes in asset-intensive or service-based businesses.Experience defining and improving operational processes and controls.Familiarity with enterprise systems, including SAP, and the ability to work effectively within ERP-driven processes.Ability to work cross-functionally with field teams, commercial teams, and global support functionsStrong communication and escalation management skills.Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving structure where processes or systems are evolving.Additional DetailsRelocation Available: No.Sponsorship Available: No.Typical Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.Travel Requirement:5%Last Day to Apply:#LI-MC2Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
