What You'll Do
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you're the first impression for every customer who walks through our doors or drives through our lane. You'll welcome guests, guide them through their order, and ensure every meal is prepared and delivered just right. Whether you're helping at the counter, working in the drive-thru, or resolving a concern, you'll play a key role in keeping our restaurants welcoming and efficient.
Your Day Might Include:
Greeting guests and assisting them with their orders in a friendly, professional way
Assembling food and beverage orders accurately and quickly
Keeping service areas clean, stocked, and organized
Working with kitchen team members to ensure hot, fresh, accurate orders
Learning how to handle guest feedback and make it right when things go wrong
