Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. If you are proactive, dependable, and skilled in repairs, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:• Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations.• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, keeping detailed records.• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring efficient resolution.• Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed.• Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition.Qualifications:• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.• Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Availability for on-call hours, including weekends.• High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training.About Company:Our vision is to positively impact, and our mission is to raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
