US Recruiter
Job Title: US Recruiter Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven US Recruiter based in the Philippines to support full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various industries while ensuring alignment with US hiring standards, time zones, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles (IT, healthcare, finance, engineering, etc.) Source candidates using job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice), ATS, and other sourcing tools Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring managers Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and future roles Work closely with account managers or clients to understand hiring needs Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment standards and client requirements Track and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Meet or exceed placement targets and KPIs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) At least 1–3+ years of experience in US recruitment or international recruiting Strong understanding of US job market, hiring practices, and work culture Experience using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) Skills & Competencies Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work night shift / US time zone Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
