Job Title: Information Security Engineer 3 - ContingentLocation: Chandler, Arizona, Charlotte NC, Irving TXDuration: Contract (18-24 months of contract)Pay Range: 55-60$/hr on w2Job Description:This role provides technical engineering and operational support for the Automated Password Reset (APS) application, which is built on the Bravura Password Manager platform.This position is not a software development role.The position focuses on platform stability, configuration, integration support, operational stability, risk reduction, and day-to-day operational health of APS, while software development responsibilities remain with dedicated software engineers.The role is critical to maintaining system reliability, supporting audit and regulatory commitments, and reducing operational risk caused by single-resource dependencies within the APS platform.Helping support from an engineering perspective the Bravura Password Manager, the product behind changing the client employee password.Client is one of that vendor's largest client and few people have experience supporting it outside the organization.Have been using it for 20 years.Doesn't need to be a software developer, though that does show a level of technical ability.Anything in Information Security or Credential Management is probably a good fit with experience.Also use CyberArk Password Management Vault.SailPoint is another popular tech on the market but is very general so people may not have exactly done the relevant tasks.Most complex part of the system is User Off-Chains, the rules applied to people who log in and how they need to credential themselves based on their allowances.Usually have team standups around 11:30 ET.Will be understanding the architectural needs of the system.Right now they are going through a database migration and figuring out capacity needed.
