FLSA & EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Exempt, Salary $70,000-$80,000WORK LOCATION: New York, NY (HQ)WORK TYPE: On-Site, Full TimeDEPARTMENT: OperationsREPORTS TO: TBDTRAVELING EXPECTATIONS: 10-15%ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Operations Specialist (Supply Chain) is a key part of the ProCure team and will be responsible for the supply chain and inventory management throughout its entire lifecycle. This position will be responsible for ordering and receiving all component inventory, manufacturing medical supply kits for use in organ recovery surgery, sending the kits throughout our entire network, tracking these kits through use and replenishment, and performing analytics to optimize these processes. This position will also be at the foundation of a largely in-office organization, supporting the leadership team through essential administrative tasks, and various other duties to contribute to the team as needed. This position requires excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, and meticulous accuracy. Must have the ability to adapt and prioritize various initiatives while maintaining flexibility in a rapidly evolving start-up environment.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssemble surgical supplies into serialized kits for operating room use.Manage national network of surgical supplies and kits to maintain readiness for 24/7 company operations.Establish and develop positive relationships with surgeons to promote an effective flow of communication regarding supply usage and replenishment.Establish and develop positive relationships with suppliers to manage the sourcing & purchasing of raw components and bill of materials, including backorder prevention, price and payment term negotiations, and strategic sourcing.Establish and develop positive relationships with partners to store supplies in outsourced locations to expand supply locations and increase case coverage.Improve inventory management system processes to include loss and risk mitigation, supplier development, and partner onboarding to optimize overall inventory cycle management.Report valuable KPIs such as inventory turnover, spend by supplier, lead time, obsolete inventory, and stock-out analysis to company leadership and executives. Assist in 24/7 supply call rotating shifts with team helping active cases flow smoothly from our regional distribution centers. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to improve processes in support of growing business needs.Manage in-office operations to provide administrative and analytics support to the executive leadership team.Provide project management support to various departmental leaders to drive operational expansion.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, specifically in business operations, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or healthcare administration.Previous inventory management experience is a plus.Previous experience in the medical industry is a plus.Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a fast paced, evolving start-up environment.Ability to multitask and effectively manage priorities to achieve a common goal.Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to shifting plans, priorities, and ideas.Willingness to respond promptly to urgent situations outside of regular business hours.'Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate with team members of all levels, backgrounds, and role profiles.Self-starter with the natural tendency to establish a sense of ownership over job responsibilities.Strong commitment to quality with a passion for saving & improving lives.Apply here: https://form.jotform.com/232695663109160.
