Final leveling will be determined based on experience, leadership scope, and ability to drive strategic impact across the organization.Role Priorities : Lead Teams & Oversee DeliveryOversee multiple production teams across projects, clients, and workstreamsDirectly manage senior production talent (Directors, EPs, Senior Producers)Ensure teams are structured effectively and set up for successful executionServe as a senior escalation point and provide guidance on complex or high-risk workShape Projects from the StartLead production involvement in early-stage planning and new business effortsDefine:Production approachBudget frameworksStaffing modelsExecution strategyPartner with Accounts, Strategy, and Creative to ensure ideas are both ambitious and executablePartner closely with Resourcing to:Allocate teams effectivelyBalance workload and utilizationIdentify gaps and hiring needsPlay a key role in forecasting hiring needs, recruiting, casting, and developing production talentEnsure the right teams are assigned to the right workOwn Financial PerformanceOversee financial health across assigned teams and projectsScope managementStaffing efficiencyPartner with Finance to improve forecasting and overall profitabilityPartner on New Business & GrowthAct as a senior production lead on RFPs and pitch workTranslate creative concepts into clear, executable plansDefine budgets, timelines, and staffing approaches during the pitch processSupport growth of existing accounts through strong production leadershipStrengthen How Production OperatesEstablish and reinforce production standards, processes, and best practicesImprove clarity and consistency across how work is scoped, staffed, and deliveredHelp evolve Production into a proactive, strategic partner across the agency(VP-Level Scope) Contribute to Department StrategyInfluence Production department structure and long-term planningPartner with executive leadership on:Org designResource strategyOperational systemsPlay a key role in shaping how Production supports agency growth and profitabilityJob ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple teams and project portfolios simultaneouslyLead and guide project scoping, budget development, and staffing strategyApprove and refine resource allocation across projectsServe as an escalation point for team and client challengesMentor and develop senior production talentPartner cross-functionally to align on project strategy and executionSupport new business efforts through production leadershipEnsure consistent delivery against quality, timeline, and financial expectationsQualifications :12–15+ years of experience in experiential production or live eventsProven experience leading multiple teams and senior production talentStrong track record in scoping, budgeting, and staffing complex workExperience contributing to or leading new business / pitch workExperience scoping and overseeing complex projects of scale ($5M-$20M)Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance across multiple projectsExceptional leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skillsAbility to operate at both strategic and operational levelsPreferred Experience:Experience within a top-tier experiential or production agencyExposure to both B2B and consumer-facing workInternational production experienceFamiliarity with resourcing and financial planning toolsRequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsiteMust be able to work outdoors in various weather conditionsHave a valid Driver's LicenseRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier itemsAvailable to work weekends and evenings as needed for eventsLocation : We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York.
