Job TitleJob Overview:Requirement/Must Have:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 03 years of relevant experience.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dark room environment.Ability to read, write, and understand XX clearly.Knowledge of safety procedures related to mechanical, chemical, and electrical operations.Experience using electrical and/or mechanical equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, current and voltage meters, dial calipers, indicators, height gauges, micrometers, and microscopes.Experience:Prior manufacturing experience preferred.Experience with soldering and high-volume production preferred.Soldering certification preferred.Responsibilities:Perform testing of potted modules using electro-optical equipment.Evaluate, disposition, and rework image intensifier tubes.Maintain quality standards and production throughput.Conduct specialized tests and rework procedures as directed by supervision.Work effectively in a dark room testing environment.Follow all applicable safety procedures and guidelines.Should Have:Ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with Six Sigma problem-solving tools, 5S, and Lean methodologies.Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology.Skills:Analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Quality control awareness.Mechanical and electrical testing skills.Multitasking ability.Team collaboration and independent working capability.
