Sales Hatch is partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm to identify an experienced Transportation Project Manager. For more than 40 years, this organization has partnered with public agencies and municipalities to deliver roadway, bridge, trail, municipal, and other civil infrastructure projects throughout Ohio.This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys managing transportation projects, mentoring project teams, building long-term client relationships, and helping grow an established transportation practice. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesManage transportation and civil infrastructure projects from planning through construction.Lead engineers, construction inspectors, and technical staff throughout project delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, counties, and public agencies.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.Coordinate with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.Prepare proposals, scopes of work, contracts, and fee estimates.Support business development by maintaining client relationships and identifying new opportunities.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.Preferred BackgroundBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) license required.8+ years of transportation or civil infrastructure project management experience.Experience managing roadway, highway, bridge, municipal, trail, or public infrastructure projects.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.Proposal development and business development experience is a plus.Experience working with ODOT, municipalities, counties, or other public agencies is preferred.Ideal CandidateCollaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.Strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills.Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Interested in long-term growth within an established engineering consulting environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($100,000-$125,000+ depending on experience)Performance bonus opportunitiesHybrid work environmentRelocation assistance availableMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and generous PTOContinuing education and professional development supportWhy Consider This OpportunityWell-established engineering consulting firm with an excellent reputation throughout Ohio.Diverse portfolio of transportation and civil infrastructure projects.Opportunity to lead projects while mentoring engineers and construction inspection teams.Client-facing role with exposure to business development and long-term relationship management.Collaborative culture with strong leadership support.Hybrid work environment and relocation assistance available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
