This highly visible leadership role oversees logistics, customer service, forecasting, imports/exports, and inventory management while partnering closely with executive leadership, manufacturing, finance, and global supply chain teams.The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on supply chain leader with strong operational expertise, international logistics experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead supply chain operations for the North American manufacturing facility in Dubuque, IAOversee imported product flow from international business units in Europe, South America, and ChinaManage customer service and order fulfillment activities for approximately 150 North American accountsDrive forecasting accuracy and inventory planning initiativesLead logistics operations involving truck, rail, and container freightManage inventory levels to support working capital and service objectivesEnsure SOX compliance throughout all supply chain activitiesDevelop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with global initiativesCollaborate with sales, manufacturing, finance, regulatory, and executive leadership teamsMaintain strong relationships with customers, freight providers, warehousing partners, and customs brokersPromote and support food safety procedures and company food safety cultureLead and develop a team of approximately 10 supply chain professionals What we’d like you to bring to the role:Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of supply chain management experience12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in lieu of a degreeValid driver’s license, passport, and authorization to work in the U.S.Strong experience with JDE, Oracle, and advanced ExcelBackground in manufacturing or industrial operations preferredExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levelsAbility to travel approximately 10–20% for customer visits, meetings, and trade events What This Role OffersOpportunity to lead a critical North American supply chain functionHigh visibility within a global organizationStrategic leadership role with international exposureCollaborative environment with executive interactionCompetitive compensation and benefits package Apply today to join a growing global organization where your leadership and supply chain expertise will make a significant impact.
