Registered Dietitian (Remote, W-2 Position)About the Opportunity We are seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitians (RDs) to join a growing virtual care team supporting members through nutrition counseling, behavior change, and chronic condition management. This is a fully remote W-2 opportunity offering flexible scheduling and the ability to make a meaningful impact through virtual care.The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals achieve sustainable health outcomes and is comfortable working in a fast-paced telehealth environment.Responsibilities Provide virtual nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) Support members with weight management and overall wellness goals Conduct structured one-on-one consultations via telehealth platforms Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including medical providers and health coaches Utilize motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies to support member success Document visits and maintain accurate records in accordance with company guidelines Communicate with members through video visits, messaging, and other virtual tools Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standardsSchedule & Compensation Remote W-2 position Flexible scheduling options available Candidates should be available for approximately 15–20 hours per week Providers with multiple active state licenses are strongly preferred and may have access to increased scheduling opportunities Compensation includes time spent on: Member visits Documentation/charting Internal meetings Member communication and follow-up activitiesQualificationsRequired Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort working independently in a remote setting Basic proficiency with technology and telehealth platformsPreferred Multiple active state licenses Telehealth experience Experience supporting weight management or lifestyle-related health goals Spanish bilingual proficiency Additional certifications related to diabetes education or weight managementIdeal Candidate This opportunity is open to both experienced dietitians and newer RDs looking to grow within a virtual healthcare environment.
