The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data architects to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights and support strategic product initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Insights:Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunitiesDevelop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reportsPerform ad hoc analysis and root-cause investigationsTranslate business requirements into analytical solutionsSupport mortgage business process analysis and product lifecycle insightsSQL & Database Management:Write complex and optimized SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and analysisWork across SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, and Snowflake environmentsCreate and maintain views, stored procedures, functions, and validation scriptsPerform query optimization and performance tuningProduct Analytics:Partner with Product Managers to define product metrics and success criteriaAnalyze customer behavior, feature adoption, and usage trendsSupport A/B testing and experimentation frameworksBuild data models to measure product performance and business impactMaster Data Management (MDM):Support MDM implementation and governance initiativesDefine data standards, hierarchies, golden records, and reference dataParticipate in data cleansing, deduplication, and harmonization effortsETL & Data Integration:Support ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelinesValidate source-to-target data movement and reconciliation processesMonitor ETL performance and resolve data quality issuesData Governance & Quality:Support enterprise data governance and compliance initiativesImplement and monitor data quality checks and controlsDocument metadata, lineage, business rules, and governance processesStakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business, product, engineering, QA, and architecture teamsGather and document requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholdersPresent analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectivelyRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Product Analytics, or related rolesAdvanced SQL expertise with complex query writing and optimization skillsExperience with SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, and SnowflakeStrong understanding of MDM concepts and data governance frameworksExperience with ETL/ELT processes and tools like Informatica or TalendKnowledge of data quality, lineage, metadata, and compliance standardsExperience creating dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reportsStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with ODS/EDW data modeling concepts is a plusMortgage Or Financial Domain Experience PreferredPreferred Skills:SnowflakeInformatica / TalendData GovernanceMDMProduct AnalyticsA/B TestingETL/ELTSQL Performance TuningDashboarding & ReportingIf interested, please share your updated resume along with contact details and work authorization.
