Job Details Job Location: Ely, NV 89301. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: 2 Year Degree. Salary Range: $113,000.00 - $136,000.00. Position Overview Minera Alamos is seeking an experienced and motivated Process Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pan Mine near Ely, Nevada. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance of process plant equipment and mobile support equipment while leading a skilled team dedicated to operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who values safety, communicates effectively, and is passionate about developing employees and improving equipment reliability. This position works closely with operations and other departments to ensure maintenance activities support production goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. What You’ll do Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities for the process department Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and MSHA regulations Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime Coach, mentor, and develop employees while fostering accountability and teamwork Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement improvements that enhance productivity and reliability Partner with operations, procurement, and planning personnel to support operational objectives and maintain appropriate spare parts inventory Ensure maintenance records, inspections, and regulatory documentation are accurate and up to date What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams and drive results Strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement Extensive knowledge of process plant maintenance, loader maintenance, mobile mining equipment, and site support equipment Working knowledge of crushing, conveying, pumping, piping, electrowinning, carbon handling, and other mineral processing systems Understanding of equipment reliability principles, troubleshooting techniques, and basic electrical systems Thorough knowledge of MSHA regulations and mining industry best practices Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent Valid clean Driver’s License Technical degree or trade certification preferred Minimum of six (6) years of industrial or mining maintenance experience required Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience in mineral processing or gold mining operations preferred Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation Safety‑focused work environment Opportunity to grow within a developing Nevada gold operation Team‑oriented culture built on accountability and operational excellence Equal Opportunity Employer Pan Mine is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
