Technical Lead – Go/Java

Job Description: Lead projects from estimation through deployment, enabling development teams to build creative solutions.Architect end-to-end solutions, identifying requirements and selecting the appropriate technologies to fulfill them.Interact directly with clients and communicate technical concepts clearly and succinctly to both fellow developers and non-technical stakeholders.Write and run unit tests to ensure code quality.Deploy applications on cloud computing services and manage cloud instances.Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.Requirements: 7+ years of recent experience using at least two of the following: Golang, Java, or Python.Professional experience building front-ends using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Solid experience with cloud functions, hosting, and cloud instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS).Experience working with microservices, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions.VERY strong communication skills paired with actual leadership experience.Mandatory timezone flexibility to handle PST and EST schedules regularly.Nice to haveExpertise with RPC (Remote Procedure Call).Hands-on experience with session management, authentication, and authorization protocols.Prior experience working for an agency or a service-based organization.Benefits: 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
