AWS/CES is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our automotive manufacturing clientLocation: Greenwood, INSchedule: 1st shiftPay: $60-$65K salary base DOE + benefitsJob Type: Full-Time/ Direct HireAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our facility operations by minimizing downtime and keeping equipment running at peak performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining production efficiency through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.What You’ll DoTroubleshoot and repair equipment, tooling, and facility systemsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and scrapSupport production by responding quickly to maintenance issuesComplete all maintenance documentation and ensure accurate record-keepingAssist with fabrication and implementation of improvement projectsMaintain a safe work environment following all company and regulatory guidelinesParticipate in emergency procedures and safety protocolsContribute to continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in industrial maintenanceAt least 1 year in a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsSolid understanding of machinery, tools, and equipment systemsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.)Comfortable working at heights and in various positions (ladders, platforms, confined spaces)Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detailBasic computer skills for documentation and reportingValid driver’s license requiredSend your resume to carmen@canadianexecutivesearch.comCESDH
