This work includes conducting laboratory and microbiology analysis, and also conducting product and process tests. The work includes completion of test documentation and report writing.Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or CompetenciesKnowledge of basic chemistry, microbiology and food science.Work with food ingredients and processing equipment.Write reports.Understand Standard Operating Procedures and follow them.Clean equipment.Physical DemandsLift 50# of food material. Operate in a standing mode for a number of hours. Wear personal protective equipment and non-slid shoes in order to clean equipment.
