An AI based Marketplace used by the leading tech giants is seeking aStrategy & Operations Analystto provide the analytical rigor, operational structure, and cross-functional partnership needed to support a high-performing delivery organization. This is a data-first role where you’ll turn complex datasets into actionable insights, build scalable processes, and influence decision-making across the business.

Build and maintain dashboards (Metabase or similar) that track team performance, funnel health, and operational metrics
Conduct ad hoc analyses to diagnose trends, identify bottlenecks, and answer strategic questions for leadership
Analyze marketplace dynamics including funnel conversion, supply-demand balance, cohort behavior, and liquidity
Strengthen metric definitions, instrumentation, and data models in partnership with data and engineering teams
Support weekly and monthly operating cadences, including business reviews and accountability mechanisms
Develop scalable processes and frameworks that improve consistency, reduce friction, and enable growth
Provide data-backed insights for intake calls, business reviews, and client-facing conversations
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Delivery to unblock issues and drive initiatives
Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, internal tooling) to accelerate analysis and automate workflowsRequired Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experiencein consulting, BizOps, analytics, or a similar structured problem‑solving role
Advanced SQL proficiency , including comfort working with large, messy datasets
Strong Excel/Sheets skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and ad hoc analysis
Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your analytical workflow
Strong analytical thinking: able to move from ambiguous question → structured approach → clear recommendation
Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with shifting priorities
