Job DescriptionProject Manager / Estimator - Concrete ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join a fast-growing concrete construction firm serving industrial, commercial, and municipal clients. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering quality results on challenging projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects from bid through closeoutReview project contracts, scopes of work, and schedules of values for accuracyManage procurement and coordinate material deliveries to job sitesSupport field superintendents and crew leaders across multiple active projectsTrack and process project documentation including timesheets, invoices, quotes, and change ordersMaintain accurate billing and proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfactionManage and support three fully staffed field crews and one superintendentAct as the primary liaison between the field and office, providing leadership and clear communicationWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of concrete construction experience, with a strong background in project management and estimatingAbility to read blueprints, technical specifications, and shop drawingsProficient in estimating square footage, volumes, and material quantitiesKnowledge of geometry, algebra, and trigonometry as applied to constructionExceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet hard deadlinesStrong communication and team leadership abilitiesProficiency in standard construction software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)What You'll Gain:The opportunity to take ownership of diverse, challenging concrete projectsA culture that values hard work, creativity, and continual improvementLeadership role within a company that is growing rapidly and committed to excellenceIf you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact and grow your career in concrete construction, this could be the right fit.
