Job Summary:Seeking individual with a can-do-attitude ready to join the F&B management team with high energy and a positive work ethic. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, ability to provide solid leadership during slow and peak service and quick problem-solving skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise all assigned outlet ensuring excellent service standards are met within work areasWorks closely with staff on food quality control and maintaining the smooth and sanitary operation of outletScheduling of staffand monitor assigned staff laborHave a clear knowledge of all duties and responsibilities of outlet with the ability to perform each position with clarity and accuracy, and offer support where neededUnderstand the function and operation of outlet equipment with the ability to operate, problem-solve and/or fix when neededEnsure a positive work environment with supportive and encouraging managing techniques Must demonstrate proven leadership skills and must be able to delegate, effectively train, develop, and motivate staff along with the ability to effectively mentor key leadership positionsMaintain open lines of communication with F&B Director, management team and staff to ensure operational needs are met and policies are enforced Effectively communicates with all levels of employees, guests, and all other outside contactsJob Qualifications:Minimum of three years' experience in managing role within the F&B industryKnowledge of all applicable county, state, and federal laws regarding food and beverage handling practices, including applicable state liquor lawsOther Requirements:Ski industry experience preferredMust be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays
