About the JobAbout the Job:We are looking for a Grill cook for Breakfast and Lunch service in a large cafeteria that serves a large population.Job Duties:Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.Knowing different cooking methods for breakfast items like eggs, French toast, pancakes, and home fries.Preparing the station for service with the necessary items that you cook to order.Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.Preventing cross-contamination.Preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences, if applicable.Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.Greeting guests and listening to their requests as far as cooking temperatures of items they are requesting.Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.Must Have Items:Black polo shirt.Black work pants.Black slip-resistant shoes that say slip-resistant on them (you can buy them at the Croc store, Famous Footwear, Sketchers, Amazon, Target, Walmart, DSW).Id.Social security card.Resume.Apply
