Merchandise Allocator
The Merchandise Allocator is responsible for executing product allocation across 300+ MINISO USA stores to maximize sales, manage inventory levels, and meet consumer demand. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, recommend adjustments, and ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time. This is an in-office position based in West Covina, CA. Execute merchandise allocation by category for 300+ stores, based on store need and capacity. Partner with cross-functional teams including Distribution Center, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing to support daily business needs. Monitor weekly sales and store performance; make recommendations or adjustments in response to business needs and consumer trends. Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams on store-level assortment planning; propose in-season and preseason assortment recommendations to maximize sales and optimize inventory. Create and distribute weekly reports analyzing product performance, business trends, and sales shifts; recommend strategic actions as needed. Manage weekly replenishment based on sales trends, seasonality, and business priorities. Oversee stock management to ensure high-performing products are replenished and available in stores. Communicate and manage liabilities, including aging or slow-moving inventory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make business-driven decisions. High sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Curious, passionate, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments. Proficient in data tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, other ERP systems) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field. 1+ years of experience merchandise allocation experience Relevant experience with brick-and-mortar retail operations is a plus.USD $70,304.00 - USD $71,600.00 /Yr.
