Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations. Coordinate banquet services and catering events to meet client expectations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain a positive reputation. Skills Proven experience in casual dining or quick service fast food restaurant management.
