If you have any questions about the application process or require assistance, please feel free to contact us at careers@crmeyer.com.Position DescriptionThe Material Handler (Receiving) contributes to the overall success of CR Meyer and its customers by performing material handling duties at the Oshkosh Equipment Yard in the receiving area. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, testing and other handling of all equipment, tools and supplies coming from construction job sites.Unloads equipment, tools and supplies being received from completed jobs. Examines and tests all equipment, tools and supplies to determine if repairs are needed.Forwards items to the appropriate location for repairs, depending on what is needed.Prepares items for storage after completing inspections, following storage and inventory guidelines.Moves equipment around the warehouse and lot as needed.Operates a forklift, material handling equipment and other power tools in a safe manner.Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area.Wears all assigned PPE and observes CR Meyer safety guidelines at all times. Due to customer service demands, regular and reliable attendance is required. Completes all related paperwork in a timely manner.Represents the CR Meyer brand in a positive, professional manner at all times. May be called upon to occasionally operate a vehicle to run routine errands.All other duties as assigned.
