A part-time contract opportunity in the Virginia Beach area seeks a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in telespeech and teletherapy services. This role focuses on providing evaluation services remotely within a school setting, requiring Spanish language proficiency to support students effectively.Key Responsibilities:Conduct speech and language evaluations via teletherapy platformsDeliver high-quality assessments consistent with school requirementsCollaborate with educational teams to inform individualized education plans (IEPs)Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district protocolsProvide culturally and linguistically appropriate services to Spanish-speaking studentsQualifications and Experience:Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in VirginiaProficiency in Spanish required to effectively communicate and assess bilingual studentsExperience with telespeech or teletherapy service delivery preferredAbility to conduct evaluations in a virtual setting with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working within school settings is advantageous but not mandatoryAssignment Details:Contract duration: Immediate start through June 16, 2026Part-time, as needed (PRN) schedule averaging two to three evaluations weeklyVirtual role supporting students in Virginia Beach areaCaseload includes school-aged children requiring bilingual speech-language services
