About the Role The Senior Acquisitions Associate will provide strategic and analytical support to the Acquisitions team, with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a growing and highly visible business unit within a successful PE platform.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen prospective acquisition markets and assets based on firm investment criteriaDevelop financial models and perform detailed analysis of acquisition targets, including historical financial statement analysis and cash flow projectionsPrepare comprehensive investment memoranda for the investment committeeSupport due diligence, closing processes, and ongoing asset management activities including repositioning, refinancing, and dispositionPerform market research and participate in investor correspondenceQualificationsBS in real estate, finance, or accountingRelevant experience as a financial analyst at a real estate investment firm, investment bank, or similar environmentStrong financial modeling and Excel skillsExceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation including performance bonus, annual increases, and equity participation.
