This entry-level, contract-to-hire role will work closely with a small sales and marketing team, assisting with customer-facing activities, campaign execution, and administrative coordination. The position offers strong exposure to cross-functional teams and the opportunity to grow with the organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of domestic trade shows and eventsSupport marketing campaigns, including email outreach, digital promotions, and event-related initiativesProvide administrative and operational support to Sales, Marketing, and Product teamsDistribute and organize marketing and advertising materials for the sales teamMaintain customer data and activity updates within CRM and internal systemsCollaborate with sales leadership and team members on reporting and ongoing initiativesLearn and utilize internal tools and software platforms to support daily operationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience2 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or an administrative rolePrior exposure to trade shows, events, or B2B marketing activities preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approachAdditional Details:Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5pm with a one-hour lunchHybrid work environment (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)Occasional domestic travel required, including major trade showsSmall sales team environment with direct interaction with leadershipInterview process includes an initial HR screen followed by a hiring manager interviewTarget start date: ASAP, ideally by the end of MayPerks:Hybrid work scheduleHands-on experience supporting sales and marketing initiativesOpportunity for role expansion and career growthCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
