This role goes beyond basic packaging—you’ll be part of a high-speed, high-precision manufacturing environment where accuracy, compliance, and teamwork drive success.What You’ll DoMDI Packaging Line OperationsOperate and monitor automated and semi-automated packaging lines for MDI inhalation productsEnsure consistent dose delivery system integrity through accurate assembly, labeling, and packagingDrive maximum output with minimal rejects, maintaining strict quality thresholdsEquipment & Technical ExecutionUnderstand and operate mechanical systems, conveyor lines, and control panels supporting MDI packagingPerform line setup, changeovers (batch-to-batch / product-to-product), and cleaning activitiesExecute routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothlyQuality, Compliance & cGMP ExcellenceMaintain full adherence to cGMP regulations, SOPs, and data integrity practicesPerform and document line clearance before each batch startEnsure correct status labeling and documentation at every stage of the packaging processSupport calibration checks and documentation accuracy to maintain audit readinessProblem Solving & Continuous ImprovementIdentify packaging defects or deviations and support corrective actions in real-timeEscalate issues promptly and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve themContribute to maintaining 100% compliance during all operational hoursWhat Makes You a Strong CandidateBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)1+ year experience in pharmaceutical or regulated packaging/manufacturing (preferred)Comfortable working fully onsite in a structured, SOP-driven environmentTechnical & Functional SkillsHands-on experience with packaging equipment, mechanical systems, or production linesBasic understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations, and documentation practicesAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with precisionStrong math, accuracy, and attention to detailWork Style & MindsetTeam-oriented but able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong accountability for quality, compliance, and safetyWillingness to support extended hours or schedule adjustments when production demands increaseWork Environment & SafetyOperate in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setting focused on MDI productionWork around packaging machinery, aerosol components, and pharmaceutical materialsRequired PPE includes:Lab coats, gloves, safety glassesRespiratory protection (APR/SAR systems depending on area)Strict adherence to OSHA, EHS, and company safety protocols is mandatoryPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, bending, and movement throughout shiftLift/carry:Up to 25 lbs regularlyUp to 50 lbs occasionally (assisted if needed)Ability to safely operate within a manufacturing line environment
