You'll be:Operating embossing and converting machinery according to production schedulesPerforming machine changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operationMonitoring machine and product quality during runs, making necessary adjustments, and recording production dataHandling material loading/unloading, manual handling, and operating forklifts or fork trucksCleaning machines and parts, maintaining product knowledge, and following all safety and hazardous material protocolsUsing computers for labeling, run sheet printing, and quality assurance tasksCross-training in other departments and assisting where neededThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or GED (required)Bring experience in a manufacturing environment and/or mechanical aptitude (preferred)Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and good judgmentAre willing to learn, cross-train, and work flexiblyincluding overtime and occasional weekendsCan stand, walk, and lift up to 65 lbs frequently and complete respiratory clearance as neededAre comfortable working in a 100% non-smoking environmentOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
