This is a great opportunity to join a high-precision environment where you can make a direct impact on production, quality, and process improvement.: Manufacturing Engineer Pay Range: $75,000 – $90,000 + Bonus Location: Keene, NH We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive continuous improvement across the facility. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall manufacturing performance.Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and outputPartner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutionsAnalyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementSupport initiatives focused on quality, cost reduction, and productivityDevelop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructionsAssist with new product launches and production readinessWork with quality and operations teams to resolve defects and improve consistencyParticipate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projectsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field requiredExperience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong understanding of machining, assembly, or industrial processesExperience with process improvement and problem-solving methodsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong communication and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCompetitive salary with bonus potentialOpportunity to work in a high-precision manufacturing environmentDirect impact on operations and continuous improvementStrong long-term growth opportunities Pay Details: $36.00 to $42.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
