Join us at razorfish.com.OverviewWe’re looking for a strategic and passionate Senior Account Executive to temporarily lead social media efforts for a large automotive client. This role is critical in guiding the day-to-day client relationship, driving content excellence, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver bold, data-driven social strategies and content. The core role of our Social Client Service team is to spearhead the execution of brand directives -- including social media campaigns, vehicle reveals/launches, and always-on organic social media support -- and closely collaborate with other cross-functional teams. Working on this clients social media is exciting, fast-paced, and always-evolving, so we are looking for individuals who are passionate about social and/or automotive and can jump in to make an immediate impact on our day-to-day client work.ResponsibilitiesClient Partnership & StrategyServe as a primary point of contact for the client’s social media initiatives across automotive brandsLead day-to-day communications through meeting scheduling, feedback trackers, meeting notes, status documents, QA and other topics under account leadershipReview all deliverables for brand & strategic alignment, through all rounds of client feedbackTranslate brand goals and business objectives into smart campaign specific strategiesCollaborate with the Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to ensure cohesive, audience-first campaignsProactively identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement across social touchpointsResponsible for preparing and responding to day-to-day client communication/responses on behalf of internal teamManage smaller day-to-day client escalations. Ensures exceptional delivery of tactics to form/reinforce client rapport (e.g. partner with Delivery, team follow through, reports, meetings, timelines)Project & Team OversightManage all social workstreams with clarity, efficiency, and accountabilityOversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across campaigns and evergreen contentMentor and lead junior account team members, promoting growth and team excellenceServe as the connective tissue across strategy, creative, paid media, production, analytics, and community managementProduction, Content & Performance StewardshipPartner with producers and creative teams to ensure content meets brand standards, production timelines, and budget requirementsEnsure content is optimized for platform specifications and usage across paid, organic, and owned channelsAnticipate and troubleshoot production challenges, maintaining agility in a fast-paced environmentEnsure high-quality, on-brand content is delivered for each vehicle nameplatePartner with analytics and media teams to review performance and optimize future effortsProvide regular reporting insights to clients, distilling social KPIs into actionable recommendationsCollaboration & IntegrationFoster strong relationships with internal and external partners, including media, production and global teamsHelp guide social activations that integrate with broader brand campaigns and product launchesQualifications4–6 years of account management experience in an agency setting (automotive experience a plus)Proven expertise in managing social media programs for large-scale brandsExceptional client service skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindsetStrong understanding of social platform best practices, trends, and analytics (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)Adept at juggling multiple complex projects with meticulous attention to detailConfident communicator who can lead presentations and cross-functional meetingsTeam player with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial energyFamiliarity with asset specs, usage rights, and versioning across social platformsAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
