This role requires a professional who can balance meticulous document review with the capability of visual storytelling for strategic alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigation & Review: Review claim forms, bills of lading, and inspection reports. Analyze photos and verify the validity of claims to determine if damage occurred during transit.Strategic Planning: Perform key program/project management from planning to deliverable development. Collaborate with department leaders to develop short to mid-term planning.Executive Communication: Communicate program progress and escalation points to leadership. Develop content for executive-level presentations and reports to achieve buy-in for recommendations.Workshop Coordination: Develop content for and coordinate executive workshops and working sessions.Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and facilitate collaboration with diverse groups.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of experience from a strategy/management consulting firm or within a strategic planning/corporate development function is required. Experience working in a global organization is a plus.Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a plus.Education: Associate degree or higher; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of product damage evaluation and documentation systems. Proficiency in project management fundamentals is required.Skillset: Expert ability to evaluate complex, sometimes contradictory evidence, and strong negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement and settlements.Visa & BenefitsPay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 / hr (W2 + Benefits).Assignment: 12 Months (High chance of extension).Location: 700 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, NJ (100% Fully Onsite).
