Key responsibilities include:MAP (Medication Administration Program) certificationisrequiredfor this position.Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months.Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care.Transport residents to appointments and community activities.Advocate for residents' needs and model healthy coping strategies.Maintain a safe, clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation.What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred.Valid driver's license and ability toassistwith mobility (bending, standing, etc.).Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency.Compassion, patience, and commitment to trauma-informed care.Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).Sat 10a-4p, Sun 8a-11p/ Thu & Fri 5p-10
