Dietary Manager

We are seeking a Dietary Manager for our skilled nursing facility. Experience in a long term care setting would be very beneficial. Dietary Manager oversees the overall operations of the dietary department including budgeting, inventory ordering, staff scheduling, oversight of meal preparation/service. Must have knowledge of various diets and required textures (such as mechanical and puree). Wage is negotiable based on experience and Certified Dietary Manager Status. If you do not currently possess Dietary Manager Certification, we will help you to obtain the certification.
