Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations based on menu knowledge. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Assist in training new staff members on guest relations and service standards as required. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe dining environment. Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail (math skills). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
