Job Description Overview: (Order Picker: 2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday: 4 PM – 12:30 AM):2nd Shift: 4 PM – 12:30 AM – Sunday – ThursdayPay Rate: $20/hourSundays are MandatorySteel Toe Boots are RequiredJob Summary: (Order Picker: 2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday: 4 PM – 12:30 AM):Use scan guns to scan outbound ordersUse headset to pick orders.Remove boxed products from designated pick locations.Place boxed products on conveyorMaintain clean and sanitary work environmentComplete record keeping requirementsMust be able to read and write EnglishResponsibilities: (Order Picker: 2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday: 4 PM – 12:30 AM):Due to the refrigeration that is required for the products, the room temperature varies from -5 to 40 degrees (F).Responsible for packing and repacking products in a cold environmentMeasure, weigh, and count products, assemble containers, clean the work area, and label packagesPack and repack products according to specificationsKeep the work area clean and organizedLoad products into processing equipment and label containersHandle materials, sort orders, and move productsRecord product, packaging, and order information accuratelyRemove completed or defective products and seal containersPhysical Requirements: (Order Picker: 2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday: 4 PM – 12:30 AM):Walking on a continual basisStanding on a continual basisBending FrequentlyTwisting FrequentlyLifting up to 20 pounds, at arm's length, on a continual basisFrequently lifts up to 60 poundsUse of both hands and armsMust be able to work in a safety sensitive positionOnsite Personnel is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce in an inclusive culture environment.
