Job Title: Experimental N/C Programmer – CATIA V5 (3 & 5 Axis)
Location: Wichita, KS (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced N/C Programmer with expertise in CATIA V5 to develop and optimize NC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis machining. In this role, you'll support the fabrication of precision machined parts, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and ensure efficient, high-quality production.
What You'll Do
Proficiency in CATIA V5 to program for 3 to 5 axis machines.
Analyze blueprints and job orders before programming and compare results with original specifications.
Efficiently program, test, and revise machine programming.
Selects machine type (3 to 5 axes), tooling requirements (for work holding purposes and part orientation) and cutting tool requirements.
Ability to meet a provided deadline on time.
Able to work on a team and communicate effectively.
Provide on machine support for program development.
Performs other related duties as required
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
3–5 years of N/C programming experience using CATIA V5.
Experience programming 3-axis and 5-axis N/C machines.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of CATIA V5 programming experience.
Experience with mill-turn machining.
Experience supporting N/C program development on the shop floor.
