Role Description The General Manager will open the new park, hire, train the team, and oversee all aspects of the daily operations at the Parma Slick City Action Park, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and efficient environment for visitors and staff. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing operational policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The General Manager will also lead team-building initiatives, oversee the maintenance and quality of attractions, and work to create a positive and inclusive environment for all. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Parma, OH. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.Experience in operations management, budgeting, and strategic planning.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, customers, and stakeholders.Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in an entertainment or similar environment.Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for efficient operational management.Experience with facility maintenance and understanding of equipment operation is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or equivalent experience preferred.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
