Please share your resume with rate and availability.Job Title: Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Analyst (Project-to-Close) Location: Remote (US Based) Duration :12 + Months Job Summary: The Oracle PPM Functional Analyst is responsible for providing functional support, configuration, and optimization of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud suite. This role focuses on the end-to-end "Project to Close" cycle, ensuring accurate project definition, cost accumulation, revenue recognition, and billing, while providing Tier II/III support to business users. Need 6+ years hands on experience. Key Modules Required Project Foundation & Management: Configuration of project structures, task hierarchies, project types, templates, and organization setups. Project Costing: Management of expenditure types, cost rates, burdening, and cost allocation. Project Billing: Configuration of contract billing, event-based billing, revenue recognition, and invoice generation. Key Responsibilities Functional Support: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to resolve L2/L3 production issues related to Project Accounting and Project Financials. Configuration & Enhancements: Configure Oracle Cloud PPM modules to meet business requirements, including setting up project units, business units, and auto-accounting rules. Project Close Activities: Analyze project period close exceptions, resolve unprocessed costs, and ensure proper revenue/invoice recognition to close projects. Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into functional specifications (BRD/FDD) for system enhancements. Testing: Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration between Oracle PPM and General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Procurement. Reporting: Create and modify OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and dashboards. Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Applications, specifically 2+ full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations. Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Projects (Project Foundation, Costing, Billing). Strong understanding of project accounting principles and US GAAP/IFRS. Experience with SQL/PLSQL and data migration/conversion activities is a plus. Ability to work in a remote environment, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.
