Title: Corporate RecruiterLocation: Reno, Nevada (Hybrid: 2–3 x/week)Contract Length: 3 months with Potential Extension or ConversionPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support operational and corporate hiring initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within manufacturing or industrial organizations, and a proven ability to attract top technical and professional talent.This role requires a proactive recruiter who can partner effectively with business leaders and hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and hiring managers to support operational and corporate hiring needsManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboardingAssist hiring managers with job description development and candidate evaluationDevelop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talentCoordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process, including phone screens, interview scheduling, and candidate selectionParticipate in and organize networking, recruiting, and hiring eventsTrack and achieve key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and quality of hireSupport Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and diversity initiatives while maintaining accurate recruitment data and reportingBuild and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, community groups, and industry networks to develop talent pipelinesCreate proactive talent pipeline strategies for future hiring needsEnsure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment processMaintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting practicesIdentify and recommend process improvement opportunities within recruiting operationsPerform additional duties as assignedPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) RequirementsTo ensure workplace safety, certain responsibilities may require the use of PPE, which can include:Safety shoesGlovesSafety glassesFace maskBump capFull Tyvek suitFull hazmat suit with respiratorQualifications Required EducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferredRequired Experience & SkillsMinimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for supervisory and management-level roles across functions such as HR, IT, Engineering, EHS, Finance, and AccountingStrong manufacturing recruitment experience highly preferredExperience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksProven ability to build and maintain professional talent networksExperience supporting high-volume technical and operational exempt recruitingDemonstrated success attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independentlyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointWorking-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking EnglishPreferred QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective partnerships and business relationshipsExcellent planning, prioritization, and time-management capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality resultsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersCreative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindsetStrong customer service orientation with both internal and external partnersTeam-oriented approach with willingness to learn and accept guidanceAlignment with client’s core values, including integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement, adaptability, and respectAdditional InformationThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, or qualifications associated with the position.
