Financial Analyst

Job Description:Be a strategic partner with Client Services managers in generating and maintaining strong financial practices Work with all levels of management to provide creative new ideas regarding client pricing, rep compensation plans, and improved processes Responsible for performing a variety of finance and accounting duties for assigned accounts Oversee billing and compensation of reps on major contracts, including wage true-ups Train and update internal managers on financial principles Keep management well informed of actual expenses versus budget Make suggestions regarding process improvements and assist with the implementation Checks accounting records for accuracy, tracks and resolves errors Requirements:B.
