This role combines program-level leadership with strong technical fluency—you’ll need to not only manage financials, reporting, and governance but also understand architectural diagrams, IAM processes, and infrastructure at a functional level.What makes this opportunity unique:You’ll own IAM programs that span the full identity lifecycle—from user creation and access provisioning to service account governance and secure offboarding.You’ll lead a full Active Directory and domain migration, ensuring technical alignment and business continuity.You’ll design and implement governance structures, as well as organizational change management at the project level—driving clarity, communication, and adoption across global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee multiple interconnected IAM and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.Develop and manage governance structures for IAM and domain migration programs, defining decision-making and accountability frameworks.Partner with technical teams to interpret and validate architectural diagrams and infrastructure requirements.Drive organizational change management strategies, ensuring effective communication and adoption when disruptions or changes occur.Manage program financials, reporting, and executive updates with clarity and transparency.Oversee domain migration activities, ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption.Champion IAM best practices, including lifecycle management, access provisioning, offboarding, and service account governance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM and infrastructure solutions integrate with broader enterprise strategy.Success MetricsOn-time, on-budget delivery of IAM and domain migration projects.Clear and consistent program-level reporting that enables executive decision-making.Adoption of governance and change management frameworks across teams.Minimal business disruption during domain migration and IAM transitions.Demonstrated improvements in identity lifecycle management and service account governance.Who You AreExperienced Program Manager with a strong background in IAM, domain migration, and infrastructure programs.Technically fluent—able to read architectural diagrams, discuss LDAP/Active Directory, and understand IAM cradle-to-grave lifecycle.Skilled at balancing strategic program oversight with technical credibility.Strong communicator, able to translate technical details into executive-level insights.Organized and financially savvy, with proven experience managing program budgets and reporting.
