Candidates should reside within one hour of a commercial airport to support travel requirements (up to 25%).What You'll Get to DoAs a Senior Electrical Engineer at Echo Power, you will lead a team of engineers in the design, assessment, and analysis of electrical power systems ranging from 480V through 15kV. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and field support to deliver innovative power infrastructure solutions for clients across the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and review of electrical construction documents, engineering packages, and project deliverables.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations throughout project execution.Oversee low-voltage electrical system design and power system studies.Perform and review SKM modeling, analysis, and validation.Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and applicable industry standards.Direct field investigations, equipment assessments, and data collection activities.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.Support AHJ coordination and regulatory compliance activities.Collaborate with clients, project managers, field personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Participate in field activities as needed to support project execution and commissioning efforts.What You'll BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).Professional Engineer (PE) license.7+ years of recent experience in low-voltage electrical design and/or power system studies.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, or similar engineering design software.Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and electrical engineering best practices.Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting field operations.Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the United States.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting healthcare, utility, industrial, or mission-critical facilities.Experience performing arc flash, coordination, load flow, and short-circuit studies.Familiarity with commissioning, startup, and field troubleshooting activities.Experience working directly with utilities, contractors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $110,695-$164,995 annually (based on education and experience)Annual Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunityFlexible working hoursWork-from-home flexibility (no relocation required)Four weeks' vacation plus 7 company-paid holidaysHealth, dental, vision, and supplemental insuranceCompany wellness program, including access to a personal health coachCompany-paid benefits including telemedicine, disability insurance, and life insurance401(k) plan with company matchFamily-oriented cultureCareer growth opportunities
