Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe a Role Model to new Team Members Provide excellent Customer Service Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures Maintain and foster Company Culture Prep and make sandwiches for daily sampling and events when needed Maintain store cleanliness Maintain Food Safety Maintain Workplace Safety Maintain Store and Equipment Safety Work closely with the General manager and Marketing Manager Plan and execute a strategy for sampling Jimmy John's sandwiches within the surrounding community Execute Local Store Marketing campaigns Lead generation Cold calling and follow up QualificationsMust have own vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance Must have state-required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ only Preferred marketing and/or sales experience Must have a flexible schedule Must be 18+ Must be coachable Must have experience in dealing with customer Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working conditions Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John's stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives, and oven.
