.oO Job Summary Oo. We are seeking a fresh Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining and possess a passion for creating delicious dishes, however, this position is also available to those with no experience and a strong willingness to learn something new and rewarding. This is a job for a high-functioning individual with not only the capacity to enjoy challenging teamwork, but also the ability to make adjustments on the fly, and maintain focus during a busy dinner service. Our restaurant puts out some of the finest food in the region, lead by an award winning chef, and the person we are looking for should have a strong drive to maintain consistency in performance and integrity in their craft. *Responsibilities* - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff -Learn and understand the restaurant's style of food and atmosphere - Assist with food preparation and meal presentation - Operate and maintain a deep fryer, rice cooker, and food hot well. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Handle food in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards *Requirements* - Availability 2-5 days a week.
