This is the core of the 1GFO sales motion and is non-negotiableEnd-to-end testing across integrated systems (not just SFDC in isolation)Ability to write and execute test cases and test scripts without heavy hand-holdingExperience testing lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash workflowsFamiliarity with data validation — comparing source vs. destination records and identifying mismatchesBasic SOQL — enough to query records and verify data integrity directly in SalesforceRegression testing discipline: a structured approach to re-testing after each deploymentSOX/audit documentation — experience producing test evidence packages that meet audit standards: test scripts with expected vs. actual results, pass/fail sign-off, tester attestation, and clear traceability from control requirement to test execution. This person will be handing evidence directly to the SOX team for change management approval, so documentation quality is non-negotiable
